To benefit from exchange, return, or warranty services: you must keep the order number and attach it when submitting the request. Exchange policy: 1- In case of a manufacturing defect or damage to the product: · The product is replaced at no cost to the customer. · The store bears all shipping costs after verifying the defect. 2- In case of replacing a product without a manufacturing defect: · The customer bears the shipping fee of 27 riyals. · The product must be in its original condition and unused. · If it is found that the product is intact after inspection, it will be returned to the customer after paying the shipping fee. 3- Exchange procedures: · A shipping slip will be sent to the customer within 48 working hours. · The product must be delivered to the shipping company within 5 working days. · The product is replaced after confirming its condition and compliance with the conditions. 4- General conditions for exchange: · The opened or used product is not exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is proven. · The product is not exchangeable in case of misuse, breakage, or external maintenance. · If the requested replacement product is unavailable, the customer will be contacted to choose a suitable alternative. · When requesting to exchange more than one product, please specify the number and details of the products accurately. Return policy: 1- The customer has the right to return within 7 days from the date of receipt provided that: · The product is in its original condition. · It is unused and accompanied by all accessories and packaging. 2- In case of a manufacturing defect or damage: · The product is returned, and the store bears all costs after verifying the condition. 3- In case of return without a defect: · The customer bears the shipping fee of 27 riyals. 4- Cancel the order before shipping: · The amount will be refunded within 72 working hours (after deducting bank fees if any). 5- Cancel the order after the shipping company has received it: · The amount will be refunded after the shipment is returned and the shipping fee (27 riyals) is deducted. 6- Non-returnable products: · Damaged products due to misuse such as breakage, scratches, or exposure to water. 7- Return procedures: · A shipping slip will be sent within 48 working hours. · The product must be delivered to the shipping company within 7 working days of receiving the slip. Payment policy: 1- Cash on delivery: · This service is available for an additional fee that varies depending on the shipping company. 2- Electronic payment: · In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method used, within the specified period.
